Useful Information Help Guidelines

Gradients and Vignettes
Please do not use Quark Xpress, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator or Freehand to produce gradient blends in your document as this produces unusable stepped results. Please make all final gradient backgrounds in Photoshop instead at the highest resolution possible and place them into your picture box.

Scan Resolution (dpi)
All work should be made up at quarter size in Quark XPress or similar with scans placed at 100%or less at 300dpi. (Dots per inch)

Bleed
Please ensure that all background images extend at least 3mm wider all around your finished job area to allow for correct trimming / mounting.

Scans
Please make all images CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black), NOT RGB.

Fonts
If you have text in Freehand, Illustrator or Coreldraw EPS files, please select all and turn everything to paths (curves or outlines) before supplying your job to us. All PC users should also note that all fonts should be embedded throughout the whole job. We can accept a PDF file in most cases but please ensure your job has trim marks with bleed ,CMYK images and embed your fonts and send us a test file first.

Templates
Use our supplied templates for all of our Eco Rollas, Banner Stands and Pop Up Displays. NOTE: The Quark 4.1 templates should also open in InDesign and the Illustrator EPS versions should also open in Freehand and Coreldraw.
